Job summary

Dashco in Dubai, UAE is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to join the construction team. The role focuses on quality assurance and control to ensure materials and processes meet project specs and industry standards. The candidate should have a Civil Engineering background and UAE/GCC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and QC processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI and relevant standards.
• Experience with inspections, testing, NCRs, ITPs and documentation.
• UAE or GCC construction experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures per contractual requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, ITPs and NCRs.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Support internal, external and third-party quality audits.
• Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams.

• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project teams subcontractors suppliers and consultants on quality matters.
• Support internal external and third party quality audits.
• Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 ASTM ACI and relevant construction standards.
• Experience with inspections testing NCRs ITPs and quality documentation.
• Strong communication organizational and problem solving skills.
• Relevant QA/QC certifications are an advantage.
• UAE or GCC construction experience is mandatory.
