Job summary

techcarrot is seeking an experienced QA Test Lead who is fluent in Arabic to oversee end-to-end testing across enterprise web, mobile, and API applications in Dubai. You will define test strategy, plan, coordinate with stakeholders, manage UAT, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years leading testing teams and fluent Arabic and English communication. You will mentor QA staff and drive best practices across projects.

Job description

• Experienced Arabic-speaking QA Test Lead to lead end-to-end testing activities across enterprise web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• The candidate will be responsible for test strategy, planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, UAT management, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Lead QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and identify ambiguities, gaps, and testability issues.
• Create and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Develop Test Strategy and Test Plan documents.
• Define test scope, objectives, environments, entry/exit criteria, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare and manage realistic test data.
• Perform API regression testingfor every release
• Execute mobile application testing across Android and iOS devices covering
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT with business users.
• Prepare UAT scripts, user guides, defect reports, and sign-off documentation.
• Track defects through closure and provide quality metrics and status reports.
• Mentor QA team members and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
