Job summary

techcarrot is seeking an experienced QA Test Lead who is fluent in Arabic to oversee end-to-end testing across enterprise web, mobile, and API applications in Dubai. You will define test strategy, plan, coordinate with stakeholders, manage UAT, and ensure high-quality software delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years leading testing teams and fluent Arabic and English communication. You will mentor QA staff and drive best practices across projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategy and plan across web, mobile, and API projects.
• Lead end-to-end testing activities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage UAT, create RTM, and track defects to closure.
• Review BRDs to identify ambiguities and testability issues.
• Prepare test data and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor QA team members and promote QA best practices.
