Zurich Middle East is seeking a talented Test & Quality Associate in Dubai to support test planning, execution, and defect management across technology solutions. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure quality and user experience, contributing to continuous improvement and automation efforts.

The role emphasizes test design, execution, defect resolution, and adherence to industry best practices within a dynamic insurance technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and proven test/QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, design techniques, and defect management.
• Experience designing test strategies, tests cases, and executing plans.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Document results and manage defects end-to-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support automation test development and framework maintenance.
• Continuously improve testing processes and standards.
