Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer in Dubai to join the Quality Engineering team. You will lead quality engineering design, advocate automation, and drive risk-based testing across release trains for large-scale Cloud ERP deployments that support core financial and operational processes.

You will collaborate across teams, mentor quality engineers, and champion modern testing practices within a fast-paced, on-site IT environment.

Qualifications

Degree or Honours with 8+ years of IT experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, or relevant professional experience.
Proven experience designing and building scalable quality engineering solutions aligned to Agile Release Train objectives.
Strong experience conducting technical design reviews and enforcing architecture standards.

Responsibilities

Lead quality engineering design and build for quality solutions across teams within a release train.
Plan and lead risk-based end-to-end testing across all development stages.
Create, evaluate and implement quality engineering standards and improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to remove non-value adding work and drive efficiency.
Champion automation and agile practices to drive continuous improvement.
Develop/framework/tools to improve delivery quality and engineer productivity.
Foster continuous improvement within multi-disciplinary teams.
