Job summary

Workday - HCM, Finance Learning Group & Tenant Access is seeking a QA Engineer / Platform Engineer in Dubai to ensure software quality, reliability, and scalable deployment practices. You will design tests, implement automation, and collaborate with DevOps and product teams.

The role focuses on building robust testing strategies, improving test coverage, and supporting CI/CD improvements while contributing to platform reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of software testing, quality assurance and test processes.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, build and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Improve test coverage, document defects, and support root cause analysis.
• Contribute to automated testing and continuous quality improvement.
• Support deployment pipelines and platform reliability initiatives.
