Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/QA, 3+ years of QA/QC experience, and knowledge of ASTM/ISO/API standards; ASQ/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor desirable. Documentation and collaboration with production teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or construction industries.
• Experience with ASTM, ISO, or API standards is a must.
• ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous inspections of materials and components to ensure they meet specified standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of inspection results including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans
• Collaborate with production teams to identify potential quality issues early in the manufacturing process
• Utilize advanced testing equipment and software to assess product quality and performance metrics
