Job summary

KinFitz & Co. in Dubai seeks a hands-on ELV and installation quality specialist to own the standard of work across a fast-growing site network.

You will supervise power, data, ELV and network installations across UAE sites, ensuring drawings, cable schedules and labelling are followed to first-time right. This role offers authority over installation standards, medical insurance, visa for family, and direct reporting to the Head of Projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on site experience in ELV and related installations.
• Diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, telecommunications, networking or renewable energy.
• Strong ability to read drawings and solve on-site problems; comfortable with on-site pressure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect power, data, ELV and network cable installations across UAE sites.
• Check routers, switches, network connections and IP configurations.
• Inspect solar panels, batteries and DC power infrastructure.
• Test installations with multimeters and testers and assist commissioning.
• Raise snag lists, drive contractor closure, guide on-site teams.
• Maintain clear installation, testing and quality control records.

Are you a hands on ELV and installation quality specialist who wants to own the standard of work across a fast growing site network?

A fast growing AI powered smart mobility company based in Dubai has gone from a handful of pilot sites to hundreds of live locations across the UAE in under two years, backed by major real estate and infrastructure partnerships. Every one of those sites needs power, data, cameras and network hardware installed and working first time. Quality control of that work is currently spread across contractors, and the business is bringing it properly in house.

What will you be doing?

• Inspecting power, data, ELV and network cable installations across UAE sites, covering routing, termination, connections and labelling against drawings and cable schedules
• Inspecting and troubleshooting routers, switches, network connections, SIM and APN configurations and basic IP settings
• Inspecting solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, DC cabling and protection systems
• Testing with multimeters, cable and network testers, and supporting commissioning and handover
• Raising snag lists, chasing contractors until closure, and guiding the installation team on how to get it right next time
• Keeping clear installation, testing and quality control records

What do you need?

• 5 to 7 years of hands on site experience
• A diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, telecommunications, networking or renewable energy
• Strong practical experience with cabling, termination, labelling, ELV and networking
• Basic router configuration and network troubleshooting
• Solar and DC power experience is a strong advantage
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and solving problems on site
• Good written and spoken English & Arabic, and a UAE driving licence
