Job summary

Careers International is seeking an experienced QA/QC Inspector in Dubai, UAE to ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. You will monitor the quality of civil structural and finishing works on high-rise buildings and villa projects.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction field, preferably with a background in UAE standards, ensuring all works meet safety requirements and approved methods.

Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Inspector to monitor construction activities and ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings project specifications quality standards and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in site inspections for high‑rise buildings residential and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality of civil structural and finishing works.
• Inspect materials workmanship and completed activities as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, site engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare inspection requests (IR) checklists and quality reports.
• Verify that works are executed as per approved method statements and ITP requirements.
• Identify defects/non‑conformities and report for corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspection records and quality reports.
• Monitor testing activities and maintain quality records.
• Assist in maintaining project quality standards and handover documentation.
• Conduct routine site checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Requirements
