Job summary

Linxon is seeking a QA/QC Engineer / Quality & OpEx Specialist in Abu Dhabi to lead project quality assurance activities. You will review contracts, implement a Project Quality Plan, coordinate with SCM and suppliers, and oversee testing and audits to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in quality management for power/substation projects, strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001 quality management experience is required.
• 5–7 years in quality management for large complex projects.
• Experience with power substations and renewables projects desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contract types and deliverables.
• Fluent in English; local language is a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Review project contracts to ensure quality requirements are understood.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate QA with SCM and conduct supplier audits.
• Supervise testing on procured products prior to site delivery.
• Conduct project and site quality audits and follow up on findings.
• Support nonconformities/incidents containment and resolution.
• Initiate RCA process when required and coach delivery teams.
• Monitor customer feedback and report through Non-Conformance.
• Provide lessons learned to Quality Head for process improvement.
