Job summary

ENGIE is seeking a full-time, site-based Project QA/QC Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead all QA/QC activities for the project. You will establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System, review ITPs, WPS/PQR, and oversee FATs, NCRs, and audits, ensuring compliance with international standards.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of QA/QC management experience on large EPC projects, with a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering degree and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of project- and site-based QA/QC management experience on large EPC projects.
• Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP Welding Inspector, ASNT Level II/III, NACE, API, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ENGIE QA/QC activities for the project.
• Establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System and procedures.
• Review ITPs, WPS/PQR, and related quality documentation; manage EDMS workflow.
