Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Abu Dhabi seeks a detailed QA/QC Engineer to drive quality on major power and utilities projects. You will monitor contractor QA/QC activities, review IRs/MIRs, test reports, and NCRs, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and project specs.

You’ll coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, HSE and management teams to close quality issues and deliver handover-ready records.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC within construction projects.
• Ability to review IRs/MIRs, test reports and certificates.
• Proficient with ISO standards and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee contractors' QA/QC activities, ITPs, and quality procedures.
• Review IRs, MIRs, test reports, and manufacturer documentation.
• Identify non-conformances and manage NCRs to close-out actions.
• Participate in quality audits, inspections, and site walks with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, HSE, and management teams.
