Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a QA QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years UAE experience in landscape construction to ensure irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. We require hands-on QA/QC expertise, including inspections, ITPs, MIRs/IRs, material submittals, and NCR management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and UAE landscape exposure preferred.
Minimum 4 years UAE experience in landscape construction QA/QC roles.
Hands-on with landscape, irrigation, pools, and water features projects.
Strong knowledge of ITPs, MIRs, IRs, WIRs, and NCR management.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA QC procedures throughout project execution.
Conduct inspections for landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works.
Prepare and submit IRs, MIRs, Method Statements, and ITPs.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely approvals.
Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Identify NCRs, recommend corrective actions and monitor close‑out.
Maintain QA QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports.
Ensure all materials/workmanship comply with specs and standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Participate in internal quality audits and handover documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE standards and HSE requirements.
