Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a QA QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years UAE experience in landscape construction to ensure irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and UAE landscape exposure preferred.
• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in landscape construction QA/QC roles.
• Hands-on with landscape, irrigation, pools, and water features projects.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs, MIRs, IRs, WIRs, and NCR management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA QC procedures throughout project execution.
• Conduct inspections for landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature works.
• Prepare and submit IRs, MIRs, Method Statements, and ITPs.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely approvals.
• Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Identify NCRs, recommend corrective actions and monitor close‑out.
• Maintain QA QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports.
• Ensure all materials/workmanship comply with specs and standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in internal quality audits and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards and HSE requirements.

• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Method Statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely approvals.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and material submittals.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs), recommend corrective actions and monitor close‑out.
• Maintain QA QC documentation, quality records, and inspection reports.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and project standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in internal quality audits and support project handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, project quality plans, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a landscape construction company.
• Hands‑on experience in landscape, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, swimming pool, and water feature projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, MIRs, IRs, WIRs, and NCR management.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards, consultant approval processes, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC documentation.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, quality inspection procedures, and testing requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and clients.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates currently available in the UAE will be an advantage.
