Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in Dubai seeks a QA/QC Engineer to ensure construction activities meet project specifications, codes and contractual requirements. You will implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), perform inspections, and coordinate with project stakeholders to deliver quality works on time and on budget.

You will develop method statements, risk assessments and ITPs, manage QA/QC documentation, and drive the closure of non-conformances, audits and site

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System in construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and tests to verify construction quality.
• Prepare and implement method statements, risk assessments, and inspection & test plans (ITP).
• Coordinate with consultants and site team to close non-conformances and NCRs.
• Ensure QA/QC documentation is complete for handover and audits.
• Support internal and external QA/QC audits and site turnover readiness.
