Job summary

element is hiring a QA/QC Officer / Engineer to grow with a fast-expanding lifting solutions business. You will ensure materials, products, inspections and certificates are accurate, traceable and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements.

You will work across quality systems, documentation, and cross-functional teams to prevent non-conformances and support safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or a related technical discipline.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, fabrication, lifting equipment, rigging, energy-related environments.
• Hands‑on experience in inspection, testing, product verification and quality documentation.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, products and assemblies.
• Inspect lifting and rigging products such as wire ropes, slings, shackles, lifting accessories and related components.
• Verify dimensions, markings, WLL/SWL, batch numbers, certificates and customer requirements.
• Monitor quality during fabrication, assembly, testing, tagging, packing and dispatch.
• Raise, track and close Non-Conformance Reports and coordinate corrective actions.
