Job summary

Lift Mart is seeking a QA/QC lead for elevator and escalator projects in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring installation, commissioning, and maintenance meet the latest authority codes and project standards.

You will own QA/QC documentation, develop inspection standards, and supervise testing schedules while coordinating with procurement, contractors, and service teams to uphold high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years solid experience in Elevator and Escalator Installation & Commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results and non-compliance reports.
• Ability to develop inspection standards and oversee testing methods to maintain high quality across processes.
• Experience reviewing materials for compliance with project specifications and coordinating with procurement for quality materials.
• Ability to supervise test/inspection schedules, enforce procedures, and coordinate quality audits with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of quality manuals and procedures; ability to guide contractors and suppliers on quality expectations.
• Skill in recording project activities and analyzing processes to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Experience creating method statements, risk assessments, and job safety/environmental analyses.
• Competence in preparing test plans and checklists aligned with project specifications.

• Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, with precise knowledge of installation, commissioning and maintenance relating to Elevator & Escalators and latest authorities codes.

• Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
• Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
• Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
• Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards, ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
• Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
• Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection
• Test Plan and Checklist based on project specifications.
