Job summary

Element is hiring for a QA QC Officer Engineer to strengthen quality systems in a safety-critical lifting solutions environment. You will ensure materials, products and inspections meet customer and regulatory requirements, and you will drive traceability and documentation across shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of QA QC experience in manufacturing, fabrication, lifting equipment, rigging, or energy-related environments.
• Hands-on experience in inspection, testing, product verification and quality documentation.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, products and assemblies.
• Coordinate inspection and testing with internal teams, third-party inspectors and laboratories.
• Maintain complete traceability from material receipt to finished product dispatch.
• Prepare quality reports covering inspection status, NCR trends and corrective actions.
• Raise, track and close non-conformance reports and drive corrective actions.
