Phoenician Technical Services in Dubai is seeking a motivated QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The role covers developing quality plans, performing site inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specs, codes, and standards.

You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, maintain QA/QC records, manage NCRs, and train site personnel on quality procedures. A Civil/Mechanical background and 2 years of experience are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, etc.) or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC.
• Experience with ISO 9001, quality standards and codes.
• Knowledge of NDT and materials testing methods.
• Experience in construction projects involving landscaping.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Phoenician Technical Services is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Full Time | Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Quality Plans, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Conduct site inspections, quality surveillance, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and applicable codes.
• Inspect construction materials upon delivery and throughout project execution, coordinating storage and testing requirements.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, quality records, and as-built handover documents.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality-related matters.
• Train site personnel on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements throughout all construction phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, etc.) or a related science field
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001), industry codes, and specific testing methods (NDT, materials testing)
• A team player with proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Proven working experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction projects related to landscaping
• Familiarity with construction, and project phases (receiving, in-process, final inspection)
