We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QA/QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for oil & gas projects in accordance with approved project specifications and quality plans. Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, fabrication, installation, and construction activities. Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), method statements, drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate inspections and testing activities with construction teams, clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors. Identify quality deviations, issue or track NCRs, and verify corrective and preventive actions. Maintain inspection reports, quality records, material certificates, test reports, and project documentation. Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with applicable project quality requirements. Support internal and external quality audits and contribute to project handover documentation.

Required Skills

QA/QC Inspection: Ability to perform and document inspections across oil & gas project activities. ITP/QCP Knowledge: Ability to interpret and implement approved Inspection and Test Plans and Quality Control Plans. Quality Documentation: Strong capability in inspection reports, test records, material documentation, and quality dossiers. NCR Management: Ability to identify non-conformities and follow corrective actions through closure. Oil & Gas Quality Standards: Working knowledge of relevant project specifications, codes, standards, and quality requirements.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management principles. Exposure to EPC, construction, fabrication, piping, mechanical, or related oil & gas project environments. Experience coordinating with clients and third-party inspection agencies.
