Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Civil QA/QC Engineer to ensure villa projects meet approved drawings, specs, contracts, and quality standards. You will implement QA/QC procedures across all phases, from site mobilization to handover, ensuring workmanship, materials, and methods comply with requirements.

You will lead inspections, review submittals, manage IRs/NCRs, coordinate with consultants and clients, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC records to support project success.

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for villa construction works.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans, method statements, ITPs, and standards.
• Establish and enforce site quality control procedures with PM and consultants.
• Conduct regular site inspections for civil works incl. excavation, foundation, concrete, blocks, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, finishing.
• Verify construction activities comply with drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions.
• Review material submittals for cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, blocks, waterproofing, finishes.
• Conduct incoming material inspections and verify material quality.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for material approvals.
• Prepare and manage Inspection Requests and coordinate inspections.
• Ensure timely submission and closure of IRs.
• Monitor testing such as concrete cube tests, compaction, waterproofing, soil tests.
• Ensure tests are done by approved laboratories and meet specs.
• Identify NCRs and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track NCR closures and resolve quality issues.
• Review method statements and procedures from contractors.
• Ensure construction methods meet specs and safety.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation.

We are looking for Civil QA/QC Engineer for Individual Villas is responsible for ensuring that all civil construction works for villa projects are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable quality standards. The role involves implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures across all phases of construction, from site mobilization to final handover, ensuring that workmanship, materials, and construction methodologies meet required standards.
