Job summary

Atain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a QA Test Lead for airline domain chatbot testing. The role requires leading manual and automated testing, especially for chatbot/conversational AI, across web and mobile platforms.

The candidate should have 12+ years in software testing, API testing with Postman, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum, defect and test management tools, and airline applications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manual and automated software testing.
• Hands-on chatbot/conversational AI testing experience.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with defect/test management tools.
• Airline/Aviation domain familiarity preferred.
• Experience with PSS or airline applications is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is a plus.

We are hiring experienced QA Test lead for a leading airline organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong software testing expertise and prior exposure to the airline/aviation domain, particularly in chatbot or conversational AI testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Test chatbot and conversational AI applications across web and mobile platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate chatbot conversations, user journeys, intents, and response accuracy.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other QA team members in an Agile environment.
• Ensure high-quality software releases that meet business and customer expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automation).
• Hands-on experience with chatbot or conversational AI testing.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of defect management and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working in the Airline/Aviation domain is highly preferred.
• Experience with Passenger Service Systems (PSS) or airline applications.
• Exposure to tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks is an advantage.
