Job summary

Radiansys Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Engineer in Abu Dhabi to perform functional and end-to-end testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications within the airline booking domain.

You will validate complete airline booking and reservation workflows, conduct integration testing across CRM, booking, payment, ticketing, APIs, and downstream systems, and prepare comprehensive test artifacts. Immediate joiners are preferred and relocation to Abu Dhabi is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA and testing experience.
• Strong hands-on testing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• End-to-end testing experience across complex flows.
• Strong integration testing experience across systems.
• Airline domain experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in airline booking/reservation modules.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong hands‑on testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and mandatory airline booking domain expertise.

The ideal candidate should have tested complete airline booking journeys and integrations between Dynamics CRM and other airline systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional and end‑to‑end testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications

• Conduct integration testing between CRM, booking, payment, ticketing, APIs, and downstream systems
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and requirement traceability
