Job summary

A global security technology company in Sharjah is seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to ensure the highest quality standards across production processes. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, testing materials, and ensuring compliance with ISO/CQM standards. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma, 2–3 years of QA experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role is essential for maintaining product quality and addressing deviations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of QA experience, preferably in the card industry.
• Strong computer skills and excellent English communication.
• Highly focused, goal-oriented, and strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with financial, telecom, and commercial card specifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections at various production stages.
• Approve or reject jobs based on specifications and escalate issues.
• Inspect and test raw materials from suppliers; issue acceptance/rejection vouchers.
• Perform tests according to ISO/CQM/FC standards and maintain lab equipment and records.
• Monitor and manage all non-conformities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate will collaborate with production teams, perform inspections at multiple stages of production, and conduct incoming material testing. This role ensures compliance with ISO/CQM standards and addresses deviations to maintain consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections at various production stages.
• Approve or reject jobs based on specifications and escalate issues as necessary.
• Inspect and test raw materials from suppliers; issue acceptance/rejection vouchers.
• Perform tests according to ISO/CQM/FC standards and maintain lab equipment and records.
• Monitor and manage all non‑conformities (NCR, SNCR, CNCR, INCR).
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
• 2–3 years of QA experience, preferably in the card industry.
