Job summary

INVEST BANK P.S.C is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure robust and user-friendly applications through functional and automated testing. You will work in agile pods, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support UAT to verify business requirements are met.

Responsibilities include designing test scenarios, executing functional and integration tests, and enhancing the automation suite to keep pace with changes in the solution landscape, while aligning with regulatory and risk

Responsibilities

Develop test scenarios and test cases based on requirements and solution design.
Conduct functional testing of applications to identify defects and ensure functionality.
Perform end-to-end functional and integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure quality and performance.
Continuously improve and enhance the automation suite in line with changes.
Define and measure automated functional coverage with the test suite.
Work within agile pods, project teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks related to automation framework and tools.
Develop mitigation plans to address potential quality and delivery issues.
Maintain and enhance the test automation framework.
Train the team on the test automation framework and guidelines.
Enable and support automation testers.
Optimize testing and test automation processes for maximum efficiency.
Monitor and report on testing activities and automation progress, addressing issues.
