Job summary

OCA Global is seeking an experienced QA Engineer / QMS Auditor in Abu Dhabi to implement and oversee quality management across EPC projects. The ideal candidate will drive conformance to ISO standards, lead QA activities, and ensure robust documentation and audits throughout the project life cycle.

With a minimum of eight years in QMS and project quality, you will coordinate audits, drive continuous improvement, and support management reviews to uphold top quality standards in the Abu Dhabi

• Develop, review and maintain QMS procedures, Quality Plans and documentation.
• Conduct internal and external audits, contractor assessment and field surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and Maintain QMS & Project Quality in line with ISO standards.
• Lead Quality Assurance activities across EPC phases.
• Develop, Review and Maintain QMS procedures, Quality Plans and Documentation.
• Conduct Internal / External Audits, Contractor Assessment and field assessment & surveillance
• Investigate NCRs and Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actions
• Monitor Project Quality KPI's and Quality Indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate & organize Management Review Meeting & QMS Review meetings.
• Monitor customer complaints and corrective actions, customer feedback.
• Identify quality training needs and support for continual improvement throughout the project.
