Job summary

THE TEAM BUILDERS in Ajman is seeking a Production Supervisor with PVC/UPVC pipe manufacturing experience to lead daily operations and ensure quality.

You will supervise extrusion lines, monitor process parameters, train staff, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime while upholding safety and standards.

Diploma or degree in mechanical/industrial/production engineering is preferred, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in PVC/UPVC or plastic extrusion manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of extrusion machines and mold changeovers.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering preferred.
• Ability to manage a team and meet production KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet targets and quality standards.
• Monitor and control production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and material feed.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and minimal downtime.
• Train, guide, and oversee production staff to maintain smooth workflow.
• Implement and monitor safety, hygiene, and quality control measures.
• Maintain accurate production reports and ensure compliance with company standards.
