Role Summary

La Vita Catering is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This position suits a procurement professional with a strong background in the UAE’s food and beverage industry and hands-on experience managing purchasing operations for catering or hospitality businesses.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete procurement process, build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure the timely availability of quality products, working closely with internal departments to support smooth daily operations while maintaining cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Primary Duties

Technical Proficiency: Experience using procurement software and ERP systems; strong network of UAE-based food and beverage suppliers.

Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills; strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; fluent in English; UAE driving license preferred.
