Job summary

C2i, a unit of Aldar Retail Management, seeks an F&B Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement and supply chain for C2i's food and beverage concepts.

The role ensures uninterrupted supply of food, beverages, operating supplies, and equipment while upholding quality, food safety and cost efficiency. You will lead daily purchasing, manage suppliers, optimize inventory, and drive cost controls across multiple restaurant concepts.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in hospitality or F&B procurement.
• Experience supporting multiple restaurant concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or FMC.
