Job summary

Beast Meat Shop LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Cost Controller & Purchaser for F&B operations. You will manage food costing, inventory, purchasing, supplier coordination, and margin analysis across our outlets.

The role requires strong Excel and analytical capabilities, plus experience with SAP or ERP systems. You will ensure accurate costing, timely replenishment, and cost-control reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor food cost, COGS, gross profit and margins.
• Prepare recipe costing and BOMs.
• Review purchase prices and cost fluctuations.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate variances.
• Monitor wastage and consumption.
• Coordinate purchasing with kitchen and operations.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate terms.
• Prepare and follow up POs and supplier deliveries.
• Maintain inventory and purchasing records in SAP/ERP.
• Review supplier invoices against POs and prices.

Job Title: Cost Controller & Purchaser – F&B

We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller & Purchaser with a strong background in the F&B industry to manage food costing, inventory control, purchasing, supplier coordination, and margin analysis across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor food cost, COGS, gross profit, and product margins.
• Prepare and maintain recipe costing and BOMs.
• Review purchase prices and analyze cost fluctuations.
• Conduct and supervise stock counts and investigate inventory variances.
• Monitor wastage, stock losses, and consumption.
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with kitchen, butchery, and operations teams.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure competitive purchasing terms.
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records in SAP/ERP.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment without overstocking.
• Review supplier invoices against purchase orders, GRPOs, and agreed prices.
• Prepare cost-control reports and highlight areas requiring corrective action.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B cost control and purchasing is required.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, recipe costing, BOMs, and food-cost analysis.
• Good understanding of purchasing procedures and supplier negotiation.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• UAE F&B experience is preferred.
