The candidate will handle UAE-specific banking tasks, including KYC/AML compliance, signatory updates, and documentation requests, contributing to smooth corporate financial workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance.
• Proficiency in 1C and Excel.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Hands-on experience in UAE corporate banking setups.

Responsibilities

• Processed payment requests and prepared payment registers for director approval.
• Reconciled bank statements and recorded invoices for goods and services.
• Maintained internal financial tracking files and reconciled with customers and suppliers.
• Acted as authorized signatory in UAE banking interactions and managed KYC/AML forms.
• Managed end-to-end signatory changes, corporate documents, and bank status follow-up.
