  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate prices, and ensure quality compliance.
  • Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle purchase activities for fire alarm fire fighting and safety system materials.

  • Manage inventory stock levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.

  • Prepare LPOs quotations and vendor comparison sheets.

  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships negotiate prices and ensure quality compliance.

  • Coordinate with project and maintenance teams for material requirements.

  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure materials are available as per project timelines.

  • Maintain records of purchase orders certifications and inventory transactions.

  • Ensure procurement complies with company standards and fire & safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of fire alarm firefighting fittings and related materials.

  • Proficiency in inventory and stock management.

  • Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • MS Office and ERP knowledge (advantage).

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing and inventory management.
