Accorhotel is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort across public areas in a Ras al-Khaimah hotel. You will support guests, ensure hygienic restrooms, and keep floors and surfaces spotless to high standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork with housekeeping and maintenance, time management skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting items as needed. A strong service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles in hospitality is advantageous.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction is essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all public areas, lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms and outdoor spaces are cleaned and maintained.
• Provide excellent guest service by assisting with directions and inquiries in public spaces.
• Regularly check and clean restrooms and replenish toiletries and supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and polish floors, furniture and fixtures to high standards.
• Empty trash bins regularly and follow waste disposal policies.
• Conduct scheduled deep cleaning tasks and maintain high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor and report cleaning supplies and maintenance needs in public areas.
