Job summary

ALBADDAD Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a seasoned Public Relations Officer to manage visa processes, MOHRE, and Immigration portals, and maintain employee records. You will coordinate residence visas, Emirates IDs, broker cards, and related government filings to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PR experience, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role.
• Strong communication ability (oral and written).
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to use work-related online portals.
• BSc/BA in Public Relations, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process A–Z residence visas, Emirates IDs, broker cards for employees.
• Compile and file company/employee documents (soft and hard copies).
• Handle MOHRE, Immigration, Civil Defense, Municipality, DHA, ICA, DED, and related government issues.
• Provide government receipts to Accounts and maintain visa expiry monitoring.
• Assist with requests such as Salary Certificates, NOC, Translation, Notary, Police Clearance, etc.
• Maintain accurate employee filling system and serve as visa contact person.

Public Relations Officer Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Processing A – Z residence visas for employees, broker cards, Emirates IDs, and ensuring smooth and efficient applications.
• Compiling company and employee documents, saving both soft and hard copies.
• RERA license processing.
• Problem-solving for all related online government issues (MOHRE, Immigration, Civil Defense, Municipality, DHA, ICA, DED, etc.).
• Providing supporting receipts from the government for accounting purposes and forwarding them to the Accounts department.
• Monitoring employees visa expiry, preparing the HR-related order, rules, and documentation.
• Assisting the company and employees with requests like Salary Certificates, NOC, Translation, Notary, Police Clearance, etc.
• Emiratisation experience is a MUST
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding visa-related matters.
• Maintain an accurate filling system for employee details and files.
