Job summary

Careers International seeks a seasoned Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, regulatory compliance, and employee documentation for a 1000+ workforce in the UAE.

You will handle visas, labor permits, trade licenses, and other government filings while ensuring timely compliance and advising management on UAE labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in a similar PRO role.
• Handle PRO responsibilities for 1000+ employees and renewals of legal documents.
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong command of English and Arabic languages.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to arrange licenses and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all PRO-related activities for a large workforce and renew employee documents.
• Liaise with government bodies to obtain and renew licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Advise management on UAE labor law and regulatory requirements; ensure compliance across the company.
• Coordinate visa processing and other government-related tasks for employees.

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for handling all activities related to government relations and regulatory compliance. This includes processing employee visas, labor permits, trade licenses, and other legal documents required by government authorities. The PRO ensures that the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• -To handle all PRO related responsibilities of 1000+ employees, renewal of legal documents of employees as well as the organization, all government related PR activities and liaison.
• -Expert hands on Computer,
• -Any Degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar position,
• -Must have good command over English and Arabic languages,
• -Valid UAE Driving License,
• -Assist with company-related tasks, such as arranging business licenses, trade name registration, and other government-related activities,
• -Support management in other administrative tasks as required,
• -Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with all UAE legal and regulatory requirements,
