Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC is seeking a Public Relations Officer - MPM (Outsource) in Abu Dhabi to manage public image, handle government and tenant liaison, and coordinate utilities and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive property management knowledge, with 5+ years of experience in property management functions and experience in property management applications. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow up MPM Government leases and reports with Government Departments, Municipality, AADC, ADEC, Al Ain court and others.
• Internal communication: facilitate effective communication within the organization, keeping employees informed about rules and regulations from authorities.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure all public relations activities comply with relevant laws and ethical standards.
• Government and tenant liaison: act as the main point of contact for government tenants, ensuring their needs are met.
• Utility coordination: liaise with utility companies to ensure uninterrupted service and address issues.
• Court and Municipality relations: follow up with court and municipal authorities on property management matters.
• Property management support: collaborate with the property management team to resolve tenant concerns and assist with leases, maintenance.
