Job summary

Anantara Hotels & Resorts seeks a Public Area Attendant for Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort By Anantara in Abu Dhabi. You will keep all public, guest-facing and back-of-house areas spotless in line with SOPs, supporting a luxury guest experience in a remote desert setting.

A minimum of 1 year in a similar role, a high school diploma, and a passion for service are required. You should be a strong team player with excellent communication. Relocation to the site is part of this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Previous experience in the same position for at least 1 year.
• Luxury hotel experience is a must.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all public, guest-facing and back of house areas are properly cleaned at all times, in line with SOPs.
• Water flower arrangements in lobby and remove as per schedule.
• Report any fire or safety hazard to housekeeping management.
• Ensure health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• Maintain records for housekeeping inventory as applicable.
• Process lost and found articles properly.
• Follow measures to minimize wastage of materials and amenities.
