Anantara Hotels & Resorts in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a housekeeping associate for Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort By Anantara. You will clean public, guest-facing and back of house areas in line with SOPs and manage routine maintenance tasks to ensure a pristine guest environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year in a similar role, and luxury hotel experience, with a strong service mindset, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience in same position for at least 1 year.
• Luxury hotel experience is a must.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player and great communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that all public, guest-facing and back of house areas of the hotel are properly cleaned at all times, in line with the hotel’s Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning these areas.
• Waters flower arrangement in lobby and remove as per schedule
• Report any fire or safety hazard to housekeeping management.
• Ensure all health & safety requirements are adhered to.
• Ensure records are maintained for housekeeping inventory as applicable.
• Ensure that lost and found articles are processed properly
• Follow and recommend measures to minimize all wastage of materials and amenities are used in the department.
