Job summary

Chalhoub Group (on behalf of Zimmermann) seeks a regulatory affairs professional to support license applications, renewals, and government compliance in the UAE. You will coordinate lease registrations and approvals for new stores, and handle permits for promotions and campaigns.

You will liaise with authorities, prepare NOCs, and assist the Legal team with contracts and notary needs, while maintaining meticulous records of permits and approvals.

Qualifications

• UAE national with Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in the private sector is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel frequently across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and other Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Support trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and related government formalities.
• Coordinate lease registration requirements and obtain authority approvals for new store openings.
• Prepare and process permits for promotions, sales campaigns, and seasonal activations.
• Liaise with government authorities, municipalities, Civil Defence, and police departments.
• Coordinate No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and required supporting documentation.
• Support the Legal team with documentation, contracts, and notary requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to permits, approvals, and compliance.
