Chalhoub Group is seeking a Government Relations Associate to join the Administration team and support operations across the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You'll work with government authorities, internal stakeholders, and legal teams to facilitate approvals, maintain compliance, and back business continuity for 300+ stores.

The role is fully office and field-based, requiring frequent travel to government entities and external stakeholders, early hours aligned with authority times, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Experience in the private sector preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong communication and stakeholder skills.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day government relations activities across retail, commercial, and corporate functions.
• Assist with trade licenses, permits, and authority approvals.
• Coordinate NOCs and required documentation with government entities.
• Maintain accurate records and trackers on permits, approvals, and compliance.
• Support Legal & Administrative teams with documentation and submissions.
• Liaise with government authorities, municipalities, police, malls, and regulators.
