Job summary

Allocation Assist in Dubai is seeking a qualified psychologist to provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults. The role requires strong communication in Arabic and English, or French and English, and licensing compliance in UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
• Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse clients.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another language preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, and client-centered care.
• Must meet UAE/Dubai licensing requirements for scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual and family counseling and psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological concerns.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to support holistic patient care.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual and, where appropriate, family counseling and psychotherapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when required.
