Job summary

Allocation Assist in Dubai is seeking a qualified psychologist to provide assessment, counseling, and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. The role requires delivering services in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another language, with UAE/Dubai licensing compliance guiding practice.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic care across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another language preferred.
• Must meet UAE/Dubai professional licensing requirements for scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual and family counseling and psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological concerns.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, schools, and other professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to support holistic patient care.
• Adhere to professional ethics and UAE confidentiality standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults.

Candidates who can communicate effectively in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another relevant language are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual and, where appropriate, family counseling and psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when required.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to a holistic approach to patient care.
• Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards applicable in the UAE.
• Requirements

• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.

• Candidates must meet the applicable UAE/Dubai professional licensing requirements for their scope of practice.
