Job summary

Allocation Assist in Dubai is seeking a qualified psychologist to provide assessments, counseling and therapeutic support across children, adolescents and adults. You will conduct clinical interviews, develop treatment plans and work with multidisciplinary teams.

Fluency in Arabic and English, French and English, or English with another language is preferred. UAE licensing requirements apply and a professional, client-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Strong assessment, counseling and communication skills.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse clients.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual and family counseling and psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, developmental and psychological concerns.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, schools and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to holistic patient care.
• Adhere to UAE professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

About The Role

Requirements
