Allocation Assist Middle East in Dubai is seeking a qualified psychologist to provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, or French and English, or English plus another language, and adherence to UAE licensing standards while delivering client-centered care.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Clinical experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Licensure requirements under UAE/Dubai regulations must be met.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide individual and family counseling and psychotherapy where appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychological concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when required.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute to a holistic approach to patient care.
• Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards applicable in the UAE.

About The Role

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for children, adolescents, and adults.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field, as applicable to the role.
• Relevant clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with culturally diverse clients.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, French and English, or English plus another language is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, and commitment to client-centered care.
• Candidates must meet the applicable UAE/Dubai professional licensing requirements for their scope of practice.
