Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Provider Data Manager in Dubai to lead a team of Provider Data Representatives and drive the data management strategy. You will oversee demographics, enrollment, and directory content, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Provider Data Representatives.
• Own the provider data management strategy and annual operating plan.
• Oversee maintenance of provider demographics, participation, enrollment, and directory content.
• Supervise routine reconciliation of provider rosters and validate against credentialing and claims data.
• Partner with Provider Network, Contracting, and Claims Operations to align data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain audit-ready documentation.
