Job summary

GDIT in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Data Operations Onboarding Specialist to coordinate onboarding of new data sources, files, feeds, and partners, and interpret source data formats and schemas against business requirements.

You will map incoming data to internal models, validate data quality, support troubleshooting, and document workflows, timelines, and validation rules, collaborating with engineering, product, and client teams to ensure timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data operations, data integration, implementation, or technical support
• Familiarity with structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, flat files)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with metadata management, data governance, or schema mapping
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
