Job summary

ADNH Catering's bid development team seeks a creative Proposal Manager to craft high-impact bids and compelling presentations for GCC clients. You will lead end-to-end bid production, collaborate with Sales, and design winning responses using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite, writing persuasively in English and Arabic.

We are looking for the next generation of creative proposal managers to join us. You’ll work on critical bids for our valued clients within the GCC, including some of the world's largest brands across various sectors.

Your Role

As a Proposal Manager at ADNH Catering, you will:

• Lead the creation of impactful bids that resonate with our customers' needs and win themes


• Manage every aspect of bid production


• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Retention Leads in developing and identifying win themes and overall bid strategy


• Coordinate bid responses from operators, business developers, and strategic partnership specialists


• Craft eye-catching, exciting designs and presentations using InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
