Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and generate revenue through sales process activities.
• Manage the offer quotation process.
• Register and log all inquiries received in the database.
• Review and evaluate received RFQ tender documents and acknowledge the same within 24 hours.
• Review orders and ensure they are in line with our offer, then interface them into the database.
• Execute sales orders and coordinate with all relevant departments—including expediting, local and foreign procurement—to ensure contracts are executed properly and timely and meet promised dates.
• File and maintain all documentation, keeping both soft and hard copies as per company procedure for all inquiries and tenders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in proposal making in the oil and gas piping industry.
• Good communication skills.
