Job Description
Position: Property Supervisor Reports to: Property/Facility Manager
Role Overview:
The Property Supervisor oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of properties under management. They ensure that all properties are well‑maintained, tenants are satisfied, and operational procedures are followed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations & Maintenance
- Supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections of properties.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Tenant & Client Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants.
- Address tenant complaints and requests promptly.
- Maintain positive relationships to ensure tenant retention.

Financial & Administrative Duties
- Assist with rent collection and follow‑ups on overdue payments.
- Prepare reports on property operations, maintenance costs, and occupancy.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to property upkeep.

Team Supervision
- Supervise on‑site staff (security, cleaners, maintenance personnel).
- Assign tasks and ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure properties comply with local laws, licenses, and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, maintenance work, and inspections.
- Assist with audits and property assessments when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property/facility supervision.
- Knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
