Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for property management and leasing operations. You will oversee rental income, tenant accounts, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting, while strengthening controls and providing commercial insights.

The role collaborates with senior management, Leasing, Property Management, and Operations to drive sound financial decisions and improve collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• 10–12+ years of progressive finance experience, UAE/GCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variances analysis.
• Oversee rental income, tenant receivables, and lease-related accounting.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
• Ensure IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate tax compliance.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs for management.
